Keto pickle Stuffed
You will love this recipe because pickle poppers are an excellent finger food to nibble on for a game day or family movie night. This is a favorite party appetizer that I serve in my home that is enjoyed by all.
Whether you need a to whip something up for guests or to take to a last minute get together these will be an amazing appetizer. You will definitely want to try out this recipe as soon as possible.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 large pickles
- 12 slices of bacon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded (about 4 oz)
- 1 tbs ranch seasoning
Stuffed Pickles
- 3 slices cooked bacon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ranch seasonings
- 6 large dill pickles
INSTRUCTIONS
- Split large pickle in half length-wise.
- Using a small spoon remove the seeds from inside the pickle.
- Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasonings in a small bowl.
- Pat dry each pickle by paper toweling each one.
- Stuff each pickle with cream cheese mixture.
- Use one piece of bacon and wrap it around the pickle.
- Place in the air fryer in a single layer
- Cook on-air fry for 12 minutes until Bacon is Crispy on the outside.
- For Stuffed Pickles:
- Use directions same as above 1-3.
- Add 3 Strips of Cooked Bacon (cut bacon into small pieces) to the cheese mixture. Or use bacon bits.
- Stuff each pickle with bacon and cheese mixture.
- Place in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook on 390 for 4-5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
